Turkish Ambassador to Rwanda H.E. Aslan Alper Yüksel paid an official visit to UMST University in Kigali, opening discussions around a potential academic partnership between Turkey and UMST.
Talks covered a wide range of collaborative possibilities including student and faculty exchange programmes, joint medical research projects, and the development of shared academic platforms. Both sides expressed strong mutual interest and agreed to continue discussions with the goal of formalising a cooperation agreement.
