A dynamic five-year degree program that develops the didactic, diagnostic, and clinical skills required for dental practice. Graduates are fully prepared for both private practice and community-based care settings, with hands-on patient experience from early in the program.
Year 1 — Basic Sciences: Oral anatomy, dental morphology, general physiology, biochemistry, and histology. Year 2 — Pre-clinical Dentistry: Operative dentistry, oral pathology, dental materials, and introduction to periodontology. Year 3 — Clinical Introduction: Supervised clinical practice in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Year 4 — Advanced Clinical Practice: Complex restorative cases, prosthodontics, paediatric dentistry, and community oral health. Students treat thousands of patients annually under close faculty supervision.
Minimum Grade A or B in core subjects (Grade C acceptable in one subject). IGCSE/GCSE O-Levels: minimum 7 subjects required; A-levels strongly preferred. Biology and Chemistry: A/A* or B/B* grades required. American, Cambridge, Pearson or ACE certificates: two principal passes in Biology and Chemistry. Strong English language proficiency required.
