UMST Rwanda marked a proud institutional milestone with the graduation of the Biomedical Engineering Batch 18 cohort — the 30th class to graduate from UMST University.
Vice Chancellor Shaheen addressed the graduates with words of inspiration: "You are graduating not only as biomedical engineers but as global citizens equipped to work anywhere in the world. Your resilience, having pursued your studies despite extraordinary circumstances, speaks volumes about your character."
Graduate Fajr Abdellah Mohamed reflected on behalf of her cohort: "Rwanda offered us more than safety — it offered us space to thrive, to grow, and to become the professionals we set out to be." The ceremony was attended by faculty, families, and distinguished guests from Rwanda's academic and government sectors.
